Lazy Sunday Inspiration

So yes, it's been a little while.

Been busy with getting back into the swing of things since being back to work part-time. So far, so good. My next OB appointment is this coming Thursday, and I'm hoping my doctor will give the a-okay to me working full-time.

Just a few things that have been inspiring me of late:

1. This guy, Ryan Marshall, who photographs his wife and her growing belly weekly during her pregnancy, and adds wonderful journaling as well.

2. This kissing checklist print from Rachel Foster. Is there a place you would add to this list? I think I'd add "in the rain," "during a blackout," and "at the beach at sunset."

3. These homemade samoas bars (originally posted by Jody at Nitty Gritty). Who says chocolate isn't inspiring? These are one of the first things on my list of things to make after this baby comes. For now, I'm trying to keep it healthy. :) But if you make them, let me know how they turn out!

What's inspiring you right now?

I'm off to call my little brother and wish him a Happy 15th Birthday, and then hop in the shower (yes, it's been a lazy, rainy Sunday). I've got some dinner plans with the hubs, and then a Pampered Chef party to attend later this evening.

Enjoy the rest of your weekends!

I stole that same recipe from the Nitty Gritty blog too! Don't they look delicious? Can't wait to make them.

The weather is what's been inspiring me lately. It's been mild out and it's given me the extra boost to get back on a plan to a working out routine. It feels good and I want to keep going with it. I'm a better mother and happier person when I'm exercising and staying healthy. It's all about the balance for me.

Good luck at your OB/GYN appt. I hope you get the ok to go back to work full-time. Daytime tv gets old real quick!

Much love from NJ,
Sue

Thank you so much for your kind thoughts. {Love}

Great post, too, btw. I'm glad to catch up with you. Let us know what the doc says!

Ooh, during a blackout? That's a good one! Now I just need to make that happen.

I also love the pregnancy belly pics. So cute!
